About the year-end and New Year's holidays
Our office will be closed from December 30, 2025 (Sat.) to January 4, 2026 (Sun.) for the year-end and New Year holidays.
We will begin operations on January 5 (Mon.).
Inquiries received during the holiday period will be responded to on or after January 5 (Mon.).
If you wish to have your transcripts issued by the end of the year, please apply by December 28.
Requests received after December 29 will be processed on a rolling basis from January 5.
