We have received reports that our emails are sometimes filtered into spam folders.
To ensure you receive important updates, please check the following:

■ General Troubleshooting
* Please check your "Spam" or "Trash" folders.
* If you use a domain filter, please add `@jptest.jp` to your whitelist or "safe senders" list.

■ Gmail configuration example
1. Search for `from:info@jptest.jp` (our address) in your Gmail search bar.
2. If you find the email, open it and click "Report not spam" at the top.
3. To ensure future delivery, please add our email address to your Google Contacts.
